Rob Marks is a managing partner of Tomlinson Advisory Group. As an entrepreneur and a former partner in the Private Equity and Venture Capital Groups of Kirkland & Ellis and McGuireWoods, Rob has extensive experience in helping his clients with mergers and acquisitions, investments in growth companies and transactional guidance. A graduate of both Harvard Law School (magna cum laude) and Princeton University, Rob has the foundational knowledge paired with over 25 years of law practice experience.

Rob previously served as Corporate Secretary to Standard Solar. Standard Solar provides utilities, municipalities, communities, educational institutions and homeowners with development, engineering, construction and installation of solar projects. During his term, Standard Solar made Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America List.

Rob’s healthcare background includes co-heading and co-founding the Healthcare Private Equity Group at McGuireWoods and being lead acquisition lawyer for Capital Healthcare’s roll up of urgent care centers. Rob also serves on the Board of Greater Living Resources, a special purpose acquisition entity focused on purchasing home health care businesses in the Midwest.

Mark L. Rosenberg is an attorney in private practice in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, where he practices primarily in the areas of corporate, securities, home healthcare, taxation and real estate matters. He represents financial institutions, trade associations, developers, manufacturing and service companies, primarily in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan areas. He was previously a partner in the Washington office of Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger and Hollander, a regional law firm based in Baltimore, Maryland. He was also previously “of counsel” to the Law Firm of Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC in Bethesda, Maryland.

Mr. Rosenberg received his B.A. in Economics "With High Distinction" from the University of Michigan and his law degree from the Harvard Law School. He also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to entering private practice, he was an antitrust prosecutor with the Federal Trade Commission, where he litigated major oil company merger cases. He also served previously as Deputy Assistant General Counsel for Legislation at the FTC, and as a Subcommittee Counsel for the United States House of Representatives.

Mr. Rosenberg represented Maryland on the Board of Directors of the National Child Care Association for a number of years and was Vice President for Government Affairs of that organization. Mr. Rosenberg was one of the founders of the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation Commission (NECPA) and served on the Board of Directors for NECPA for a number of years.

Gloria Rios is a Tax and Accounting professional with over 17 years of leadership and management experience in corporate and individual taxation, financial accounting, and management consulting. She has extensive experience in Big Four public accounting, including Deloitte and PwC, serving clients across a broad spectrum of industries

Her tax specialization is cross-border mobility and expatriate taxation. She also has extensive experience in transfer pricing and corporate taxation of mortgage-related securities.

Her management consulting experience includes cost and profitability analysis, industry and market analysis, and strategic competitive assessments for clients in both the public and private sector. Her experience includes financial due diligence for automotive companies applying for loans through the Department of Energy’s Advanced Technology Vehicle Manufacturing (ATVM) Loan program, including Tesla, Ford, Nissan, and Goodyear. Gloria is a skilled professional in federal financial management with extensive capabilities leading teams conducting multi-year internal control audits in compliance with Office of Management & Budget (OMB) Circular A-123 and the Federal Managers Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA). Her federal government clients included the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Transportation, Department of Energy, and Department of Veterans Affairs.

Gloria has a proven record of successfully leading teams in both the client service space and the private industry. She holds a B.A in Economics and an M.S in Accounting & Tax, both from the University of Virginia.

Summit Gupta, MD, FAPWHc is a practicing physician specializing in geriatric medicine. For over a decade he has practiced general geriatric care and wound care in Maryland and Virginia. He has served patients in a wide variety of settings including hospitals, nursing facilities, home-based, and outpatient clinics, and he has been a medical director coordinating patient care on a broader level. Dr. Gupta is dedicated to providing compassionate care for his patients. He supports advanced health IT solutions including telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and electronic medical records. Dr. Gupta has joined AtaraxyCare because he feels that by merging multiple home health agencies under one umbrella, AtaraxyCare can significantly advance the home health industry.

Dr. Gupta graduated from the University of Pennsylvania summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in bioengineering. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine (MD) at Duke University School of Medicine. He then completed his internal medicine residency at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center prior to his geriatric medicine fellowship at the University of Maryland. He is board certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and has wound care certifications through multiple organizations.
